Vehicle Fitment Questions

Will this screen upgrade fit my vehicle?
Fitment depends on your vehicle year, make, model, trim, factory screen size, dashboard layout, wiring configuration, and original infotainment system. If you are not sure, please contact us before ordering.
What information should I send before ordering?
Please send your vehicle year, make, model, factory screen size, dashboard photo, factory radio or screen photo, and any special factory features such as backup camera, amplifier, OEM navigation, or steering wheel controls.
Are these systems universal?
No. Most of our systems are vehicle-specific. The correct product depends on the vehicle platform, dashboard shape, factory radio system, and required harness or integration module.
Can the same product fit both Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra?
Some systems may support related Chevrolet and GMC models, but fitment can still vary by year, dashboard design, factory screen size, and trim. Please confirm compatibility before ordering.
What if I order the wrong system?
Contact us immediately before installing the product. Installed, used, modified, damaged, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return. Sending vehicle photos before ordering helps reduce the risk of ordering the wrong system.

Do the systems support wireless CarPlay and Android Auto?
Many of our screen upgrade systems support CarPlay and Android Auto. Availability may vary by product model, software version, and vehicle configuration. Please check the product page or contact us to confirm.
Will the factory backup camera still work?
Many systems are designed to retain the factory backup camera when compatible. Camera retention depends on your factory system, wiring configuration, and required integration accessories.
Will steering wheel controls still work?
Steering wheel control retention is supported on many compatible setups, but it may depend on the vehicle model, factory system, harness, and integration module.
Does it keep factory vehicle settings?
Some systems support access to selected factory settings or OEM system functions. This depends on the vehicle and product type. Please check the product description or contact us before ordering.
What is the difference between H7 and V7 systems?
H7 systems are horizontal screen-style upgrades designed for a wide dashboard interface. V7 systems are vertical screen-style upgrades designed for a large portrait display experience. The right choice depends on your vehicle, dashboard layout, and preferred screen style.

Installation

Setup & Installation Questions

Can I install the system myself?
Some customers install the system themselves, but we recommend professional installation if you are not familiar with dashboard removal, wiring harnesses, vehicle electronics, or OEM integration modules.
Do I need to cut wires?
Many kits are designed to work with matched harnesses, but installation requirements vary by vehicle and system. Do not cut, splice, or modify wiring unless instructed by a qualified installer or our support team.
What should I check before installation?
Confirm your vehicle fitment, inspect all parts, take dashboard and connector photos, review the installation guide, and test the system before final mounting.
What should I test after installation?
Test the screen, audio output, backup camera, steering wheel controls, CarPlay or Android Auto, Bluetooth, microphone, GPS, media playback, and any supported factory functions.
Do you provide installation manuals?
Installation manuals will be added to our Installation Guide page as PDF downloads. If you need a specific manual, contact us with your product name, vehicle details, and order number.

Shipping & Returns

Order, Delivery & Return Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability review. Vehicle-specific systems may require additional fitment review before shipment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. To be eligible, the product generally must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, complete, and in its original packaging.
Can I return an installed product?
Installed, used, modified, damaged, scratched, custom-configured, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return unless confirmed defective by our support team.
