Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because our products are vehicle-specific electronic systems, all returns must be approved by us before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, with all original packaging, accessories, cables, harnesses, manuals, and included components. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at isaac@elynxsystems.com with your order number, vehicle year, model, reason for return, and photos or videos if applicable. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send any item back before your return request has been approved.


Compatibility Before Installation

Our products are designed for specific vehicle models, years, dashboard layouts, factory screen sizes, and original system configurations. Before installing the product, please confirm compatibility with us if you are not sure.

Once a product has been installed, modified, damaged during installation, programmed, or used in a vehicle, it may not be eligible for return unless it is confirmed to be defective by our support team.

We strongly recommend sending your vehicle year, model, factory screen photo, dashboard photo, and original system information before ordering or installing the product.


Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at isaac@elynxsystems.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damaged or incorrect parts.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Installed, used, modified, scratched, damaged, or incomplete products
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, or unauthorized modification
- Custom-configured, special-order, or vehicle-specific programmed items
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, harnesses, modules, cables, manuals, or included components
- Clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, or downloadable digital items
- Items returned without prior authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to contact us first so we can confirm your vehicle compatibility. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on your order and product condition.

Please do not purchase or install another product before confirming compatibility if you are unsure which system fits your vehicle.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified, complete, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
